The inaugural Master Plan building was designed by the Spadoni Arquitetos Associados office. The project entailed the campus expansion of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, one of the most traditional educational institutions in São Paulo. The Plan provided for the expansion through verticalization within the city. The main strategy lay in starting renovations from the campus center. With nine floors, building 45 "T" features a gym and libraries, and six of those floors house the University's classrooms. Also noteworthy are the construction of the CCBS Building, located on rua Piauí, and the Ruy Barbosa Auditorium.
The theater features high-quality finishes. Construction logistics was carefully planned so as not to interfere with the university operations. Use of environment protection items, such as a variety of parasols, metallic and concrete structures.
Structures and surfaces built in architectural concrete, a prevalent material that forged the building style. Main staircase in reinforced concrete, suspended by tie rods and enclosed in a glass structure.
Facility designed as a cut-out solid, providing excellent energy savings.
