Matec was responsible for updating the structure, internal area and facade of the Instituto do Câncer do Estado de São Paulo (Octavio Frias de Oliveira), a Social Organization of Health established by the State Administration in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine Foundation. The goal is to be the largest cancer treatment hospital in Latin America. The building is 112 m high, occupying an area of approximately 8,000 m², in the heart of the São Paulo capital.
