Construction of the new unit of the medical diagnostic laboratory Fleury Anália Franco, located in São Paulo/SP. The project covers 3,484 m² of built-up area, and comprises one underground level, ground level, first and second floors, machine room and technical area.
During the project execution, the Fleury Anália Franco directly impacted the adjacent road structure and neighborhood. It proved necessary to apply measures in order to control the impact on those agents throughout the project duration.
The MRI, X-Ray and Mammography rooms presented specific conditions in the construction, electric installations and refrigeration, and required full compliance to the Site Planning specifications submitted by the client.
Besides that, part of the in-situ cast structure is made of architectural concrete, and the finishes are highly sophisticated. That required careful execution and adequate protection and care of the installed materials.
Matec differentiating factor
Matec's Quality Management System procedures were strictly adhered to in order to ensure services were properly executed and materials were adequately protected.
Moreover, the execution specifications were closely monitored, so that all the requirements presented by the client followed the Fleury Standard Book of finishes.
