Project Description

With fully integrated infrastructure between classrooms, sports and leisure areas, the school features modern facilities.

Some highlights are the multimedia rooms, computer labs, computerized library, art rooms, physics, biology and chemistry labs, sports courts, swimming pools and chapel. The project also comprises an underground parking lot, and facilities such as theater, reception, administrative offices, first-aid room, canteens, classrooms and teachers' rooms, which contribute to the well-being of the academic community.

Natural cross-ventilation serving 100% of the unit, deeming the use of an air-conditioners unnecessary.

Design and construction executed according to the best levels of sustainability.

Bold and award-winning architecture, designed by architect Sebastião Lopes (arqsol).

The project used time-phased planning and supported an early partial opening, allowing the beginning of operations within the school year.

High level of complexity and variety of finishes, requiring logistics efficiency and planning of teams specialized in simultaneous execution.

Site with unfavorable relief features, and far from commercial centers.
