Design and construction of a commercial building in Alphaville. Matec's project scope consisted of the construction of Tower D of the development.
The project's main challenge lay in logistics and safety management. Tower D was built after the completion and operation of the remaining areas of the development, and the work was not expected to impact or inconvenience in any way the completed towers occupied by tenants.
To this end, Matec applied the best EHS practices (Environment, Health and Safety) to all construction processes in order to ensure a successful project execution. Another noteworthy aspect is the reengineering carried out by Matec in the project shoring plan, which allowed for efficiency gains in the concreting process and considerably reduced project duration (1 month).
