Design and construction of a commercial building.
The greatest challenge for Matec in this project was the facade execution. The project boasts an irregular façade, in which 80% of the parts that make up the structural glazing are unique, i.e. have no repetition or modulation. That represents a significant challenge to the detailed frame design, production quality control and field execution. Another challenging point was the tropicalization of the project, i.e. the translation of the projects (originally devised in English) and their adaptation to local systems and constructive elements.
Matec tapped into its extensive expertise and experience in management of engineering processes, namely in project development, hiring of specialized vendors and technological control of production, to ensure seamless implementation of the glass façade.
